As a Puppet Fabrication Intern, I prepared 3D replacement mouths for flocking by sanding, priming, patching, and protecting components using masking techniques. I color-matched and painted various eyelids using an airbrush, dry brush, and sponge techniques for detailed work. I also operated miter saws, vacuum-forming machines, and band saws to precision-cut brass stock and assemble puppet armatures. Collaborating with a team, I contributed to the design and production of puppets, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the process.
